Welcome To Thursday

 Hello There,
Well Im back into the swing of things at home!!!!!
Bentley is home and my cat seems to think he is the only animal here, and he thinks he can rule the house!!!!!. My car still isnt unpacked!!!! Imagine that!!!!!
My girlfriends want me to come back to Denver the end of augest for a birthday party for our friend. they said I had to be there.....HMMMMM guess  Ill schedule my hernia surgery for then. Ill call tomorrow to arrange it. It will be worth it to get it done sooner than later. I would rather get it done before the snow flies!!!!!
I went over to my cousins house to take the kids what we got them in Tennesee. I was getting ready to go home and the kids come out with bags packed and before I was turned around they were in the back seat buckled up in my car. I guess they were ready to go to my house or something. they had it planned!!!!! So I have house guests!!!!!!! I took them to the movies tonight We saw Brave. Their eyes we glued!!!!!
I have a dr appnt to get my neck adjusted. the long drive did me in again. so after that im going to take the kids to the beach for a bit.
Well my eyes are getting heave. Ill check back later or sooner If I cant sleep.

Good Morning Carla and OFF Family,
Carla, I'm glad you got home safely.  I know what it's like to drive long distances, though not as long as you have.  

Today has me doing some tidying around the apartment in the morning.  Then, this afternoon, I am heading over to the agency to do my volunteer work.  This evening, I'm heading to a Trenton Thunder/Reading Phillies minor league baseball game.  It's a fund raiser for Special Olympics.  My sister organizes it every summer.  The Thunder is a minor league team of the Yankees.  

I better scoot.  The apartment isn't going to tidy itself.

 another cool morning  here in Michigan but will get warmer I am afraid  though not as warm as earlier.

Good mornin' ya'll.
Those road trips hurt my back. That's why I try to do only 7 or 8 hours a day. Still waiting for my Sis in NY to find when they are gonna fix/replace her heart valve so I can go babysit her while her DH is at work.
My cousin is almost into her 5th month of trying to get her DH out of a facility and into their own house so the medical bills will stop piling up. He had a heart attack in FL, weeks later realeasd to go home to IN, another heart attack in TN. Heart surgery and more time and $ till they could head for home. They went down in their RV, their son flew down to FL to drive them home. Now he is in a nursing facility. His regular heart guy in IN was shocked that the doctors in TN did surgery. He said Dan was MUCH too frail at that time for such an involved surgery. Sadly,they will probably lose their home and everything else they own by the time this is done! After my trip to NY, I'm gonna drive to IN and be of any help I can! Cook, clean, babysit Dan, anything so the family won't be so overwhelmed.
Know that prayers are sent up for all of you in need, and even the ones who aren't! Preventive prayers are as important as healing ones!!

I had appointments all morning and just now got home. I made a small chef salad.  Eating it while I check in with all you wonderful friends!

I accidently took my night med this morning. I can barely stay awake. It will be a long day!!

Hi Carla and my OFF family:

Hot here and getting hotter. I got up a little earlier and did laundry (well, early for me ... 10). Fortunately, I got two washers and dryers that worked. I now have turkey meatballs and pasta sauce cooking in the slow cooker. I just tossed everything in there so I wouldn't put it off. Yesterday, I didn't cook and by the time I was hungry, I didn't feel like making anything. So today, it will be cooked. All I have to do is cook the pasta.

I made an appointment for tomorrow to see the knee surgeon and get my knee operation scheduled. I hope I'm not going to be sorry about this operation. I hope this will be better than the last one.

Hi OFF family...just a quick stop in...already told you ablout the dog bite ordeal...nothing new there except the woman that owns the dog called the cops on ME!!! Cop told me I could not put anymore letters/notes on her door concerning this incident!! I told him I was only doing my job! OK...so today I get a call from one of the tenants...she asks me to come over right away! OK. I get there she tells me to sit down. OK. She tells me she overheard this womans daughter talking to another tenant that we (Rick and I) treted her son bad...not sure when we did that...anyhow...she went on to say that we are now treating her mother bad and she is about ready to get her gun out and shooot and kill us!!!!!! Yeah!!! I about ****!!!!!! I asked this tenant if she would sign a statement and she said yes she would! I went back to my office and called the police!! They came over and I told them what happened. He had me write out a statement and sign it. He then went over to this womans apartment that made the threat to talk to her. She wasn't home. He husband was though. He claims they only own a pellet gun. Anyhow he said I could get the statement from the woman that told me this info and drop it off to the station. He would stop back and talk to this woman that wsn't home later and see what she had to say. OK. Mean time he told me IF there is ANY altercation of ANY kind to call 911 right away!!!!!!! Will do!!!!!!!!! My GOD I am scared to death now!!!!!!!! Atleast this cop listened to me and filed a report!!!!!!!! Yes I will press charges if possible!!!!!!! My boss is trying to find a way to get them out of this complex!!!!
